Josh joined Jennings Perry Schmitt Financial Group in January 2010. He plays an integral part in the preparation and execution of financial plans for clients. His attention to detail, diligent follow-up, and strong work ethic make Josh a key player in how our group functions day to day. Josh is a Branch Manager and Wealth Advisor, while holding Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 securities registrations. In November 2016 Josh completed the certification process to become a Certified Investment Management Analyst®. CIMA® professionals integrate a complex body of investment knowledge, ethically contributing to prudent investment decisions by providing objective advice to both individual and institutional investors.
Josh is a native of Coldwater, Michigan. He moved to Bowling Green to attend Western Kentucky University in 1998. Josh worked his way through college at Nat’s Outdoor Sports and earned a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with emphasis in Architectural design in 2005. Josh also received a Certificate of Financial Planning from Western Kentucky University in 2011. Josh is a member of the Thi Eta Sigma National Honor Society. Outside of the office, Josh enjoys hunting, fishing, trapping, and shooting sports. He spends his free time with his wife, Lindsey; daughter, Harper; and Labrador retriever, Coy. Before joining our team, Josh spent 5 years in Mississippi as a Field Producer for Mossy Oak. He also is a committee member for the South Central Kentucky Chapter of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
